Access the Special Features of your Software

Many software applications have special features for printing. For instance, Address Book lets you print lists and envelopes and several other great options, as shown on page 92. But some of your applications have their special features hidden away.

To access specific software settings, start to print the job (press Command P). In the Print dialog box, click on the menu circled below and choose the name of your application, if it's there. If the application name does show up in this menu, it usually provides you with print settings specific to that type of job.

Below you see the specific print settings for Keynote, which is software from Apple for creating digital presentations.
