Add or change a Buddy's photo
If a Buddy has chosen an image in his own iChat on his Mac, that's the image you will see in your Buddy List. You can override that image, if you like.
1. | In your Buddy List, single-click on a Buddy to select her (she doesn't have to be online), go to the Buddies menu, and choose “Get Info.” |
2. | Double-click on the picture well (the little square) to get the “Buddy Picture” pane. |
3. | Drag a photo or graphic from the Finder and drop it in this well, or click the button to “Take Video Snapshot” with an attached camera. Adjust the size of the image using the slider, if necessary. Click the “Set” button. |
4. | Check the box to “Always use this picture.” Click OK. |
