The Edit Menu

The Edit menu (Figures 32 and 33) includes commands for modifying the contents of a document. Here’s a quick list of the commands you’re likely to find, along with their standard keyboard equivalents:

  • Undo () reverses the last editing action you made.

  • Redo () reverses the last undo.

  • Cut () removes a selection from the document and puts a copy of it in the Clipboard.

  • Copy () puts a copy of a selection in the Clipboard.
