How Do I Change System Preferences?
To open the Mac OS X System Preferences, simply click the light-switch icon in the Dock (provided you haven’t removed it; Figure 6.15) or choose System Preferences from the Apple menu. Either way, a window much like the one in Figure 6.16 will appear.
