Pictures

The Mac is a great machine for digital photography, and many people buy a Mac for that specific reason. If you already have some digital photographs on your PC, however, here’s how Apple says you should move them.

On the PC:

1.
Navigate to My Documents > My Pictures (or whatever folder you use to store your digital photos), select that folder, and then choose Edit > Copy.
2.
Open the Pictures folder in your Switch CD folder set, and select Edit > Paste. Repeat these steps for any other folders that contain digital photos you’d like to transfer, and don’t forget to look at your Desktop for pictures.

On the Mac:

1.
Insert the Switch CD in your Mac’s optical drive, and open it when it mounts on the Desktop.
2.
Launch iPhoto by clicking ...
