“I was no longer going to have technical guys to get my machine running for me when it broke.”

Despite using Windows for nearly a decade and becoming a designer and builder of complex database and Lotus Notes applications, Jim Feuerstein never became comfortable with Windows itself. Yet he successfully started and managed a small Windows software business.
