What does it take to turn a Mac voyeur into a Mac user?

Last week I wrote about people who are very interested in Macs but remain firmly wedded (welded?) to Windows. In response to that column, I received email from a reader (whose identity I won’t reveal, since he works for Sun) challenging me to present the Mac’s case and convince him that it’s worth making the switch.
