Scrapbook

The Scrapbook offers an unlimited number of entries for storing formatted text, sounds, graphics, and movies. The Scrapbook is best used to store things that you use over and over in documents, such as a company logo, formatted text, or your signature.

To use the Scrapbook

1.
Choose Apple menu > Scrapbook (Figure 1). The Scrapbook window appears (Figure 12).

Click the scroll bar arrows to view the entries in the Scrapbook file.

Use Edit menu commands (Figure 13) to work with Scrapbook items:
