Here’s a series of tips designed to give you more control over scrolling within Finder windows or when scrolling through documents and web pages.

Turning Off Inverted Scrolling

Compared to other operating systems, OS X inverts scrolling when you turn the mouse wheel or use the two-finger scroll gesture on a multitouch trackpad or Magic Mouse. It’s entirely possible to get used to this, and if you have an iPad or iPhone, it might not seem strange, but here’s how to turn it off, listed by pointing device:
