One of the great things about Linux is the fact that it is a true multiuser operating system. A single Linux system can be configured with one, two, five, ten, or more user accounts. Each user on the system is provided with his or her own computing environment that is unique to the user. For example, in Figure 9-1, the current user is named ksanders.
