Microwave and MM Wave Technologies
10.1 Introduction
The communication and radar industries in microwave and mm wave frequencies are continuously growing. Radio frequency (RF) modules such as front end, filters, power amplifiers, antennas, passive components, and limiters are important modules in radar and communication links (see Refs. [1–9]). Microwave and mm wave technologies include
- Microwave integrated circuits (MICs)
- Monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs)
- Micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMSs)
- Low-temperature co-fired ceramics (LTCCs)
