Rendering DHTML in Applications

Dynamic HTML (DHTML) is HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and the browser's Document Object Model presenting content dynamically. In Chapter 14, you read that tabbed tables must make a roundtrip to the server every time a tab is selected. DHTML can be used to bypass this limitation by simulating a tabbed table with no server interaction.
