Creating, Modifying, Troubleshooting Views for Web Clients

Views are a list of documents contained in the database and allow users access to those documents. Each database must have one view. Views do not have the same look or functionality on both Notes and Web clients. When a view is rendered to the Web, it is a full-screen display with default navigation buttons on the top and bottom of the screen. This is usually not an ideal look.

When designing for the Web you may want to consider displaying the view as a view applet, embedded view, or embedded view applet.
