Directory Access

Domino provides the capability to restrict Notes client access to a Domino server's root folder or any subfolder beneath through the use of a Directory Access list.

You must have the authority to use the Administrator client to create a Directory Access list.

You can create a Directory Access list by following these steps:

1.
Open the Domino Administrator client.
2.
Click the Files tab.
3.
Choose the folder you want to secure. Note that any access restrictions applied to a folder apply to all subfolders as well.
4.
From the Tools option on the right, select Folder, Manage ACL. Alternatively, right-click the folder and choose Manage ...
