Managing Multiple Design Elements

A new feature made available with Domino/Notes 6 is the ability to modify multiple design elements sharing common design properties at the same time. Therefore, you can select multiple design elements (of the same type) from within the Work pane of the Designer client, open the Properties Infobox you saw in Figure 7.5, and modify common design properties. Properties that are common and can be modified are displayed in their editable form. Properties that are not common among the selected design elements are grayed out and cannot be edited.
