Creating a Mail-In Database

A mail-in database enables users to send mail to a database, in much the same manner that mail would be sent to another user. Mail-in databases are useful when designing workflow applications because they provide an efficient mechanism to collect information in a central, shared database and distribute the information through email. Users can enter the name of the database in the To: field of a mail memo and the mail is then routed to the intended database. To create a Domino database that is capable of receiving mail, you need to follow these steps:
