Use Design Synopsis to Evaluate and Document the Application
The database design synopsis is a powerful database analysis tool that provides the capability to browse, search, and generate reports for all or some of the database design elements, code, and components. The output of reports generated by the design synopsis can be sent to a Notes database or Notes document. To access the design synopsis for a particular database, follow these steps:
1. | Open the database you want to analyze. |
2. | Select File, Database, Design Synopsis from the drop-down menu, or select the Synopsis option located under Other in the Designer pane. This displays the Design Synopsis dialog box (see Figure 7.8).
