Using Images in Applications

An image resource is a shared graphics file that can now be stored in its native image type (JPEG or GIF).

Inserting Images into Forms or Pages

To insert an image resource into a form or page, follow these steps:

1.
Open the form or page in the Notes Designer.
2.
Position the cursor in the desired location on the image.
3.
Select Create, Image Resource from the pull-down menu.
4.
Select the image type to display (GIF Images, JPEG Images, or All Images).
5.
Select the database that contains the image resource by selecting a database name from the drop-down menu or by clicking the folder icon to select a database from an alternate server.
6.
Select the image name to insert.
7.
Click OK.
