audacity
is a graphical audio file editor for making changes to WAV, MP3, and Ogg files. Once a file is loaded, you can view its waveform, cut and paste audio data, apply filters and special effects to the sound (echo, bass boost, reverse, etc.), and more. Audacity is not included with Fedora, but it’s a highly recommended download from http://audacity.sourceforge.net.
