Synopsis
mlabel [options] drive[label]Label an MS-DOS filesystem (maximum of 11 characters). See mtools for more information.
Options
- -c
Overwrite any existing labels.
- -s
Show the existing label.
- -n
Create a random serial number for the disk.
- -N serialno
Choose a new serial number for the disk. It should be an 8-digit hexadecimal number with no spaces in it.
