About the Technical Reviewer
Jay Nielsen is an OCP developer (6i) and OCP DBA (10g), and is right in the middle of upgrading to OCP PL/SQL developer. He has worked in an Oracle environment since January 1989, starting with Oracle version 5.1 while in the U.S. Air Force. He retired from the USAF in 1995 and has continued as a Department of Defense contractor in the DC metro area. Jay has been married since 1975 and has 14 children. He currently works in the Cyber Division of NCIS HQ. Jay has a master’s degree in database technology from Regis University. Darl Kuhn was his favorite instructor from Regis University Online.
