Developing leaders is an important activity, but it is elusive and difficult to pull off. In almost every aspect of the social sciences, “development” is always the most challenging area, whether it is economic, human, political, or psychological. Development means that things are always moving and evolving. We’ve come so far in leadership development, but there is still much to learn and so many possibilities.
