Following are two sample agendas for the two meetings required to accomplish team chartering. The agenda for Meeting 1 outlines the prework session. At this meeting product management, sponsors, and other key stakeholders will clarify and develop the preliminary purpose statement. The agenda for Meeting 2 describes the flow for a one-day team chartering event.
