THE ENTREPRENEURS

Some of the most innovative and passionate people I have ever met are entrepreneurs, and many are former lawyers. Some, like Phil Rosenthal, start businesses that cater to the legal profession. Phil graduated from Harvard Law School after studying string theory at CalTech. He was a midlevel associate at Covington & Burling when he left to start a new kind of legal research company with his colleague Ed Walters. Their company, Fastcase, was named one of the top one hundred digital content providers in 2013, along with Google, Facebook, and Amazon, by E-Content magazine.
