Finding the Time

One-on-One: Getting Ready for the School Day
It's early in the morning, and Julie Kennedy is ready for the day ahead. A pair of walking shoes sits under her desk, and on the desk itself is a turtle picture frame with a note from the family of one of her first students. These are surrounded by hand-scrawled notes from various previous students.
Julie opens her Outlook calendar and her task list and confirms her plan for the day. The night before she noted open spots and planned out the major and minor tasks to be accomplished.
