No, this book is not a perfect prescription. Nothing is. While I wanted this book to cover as much as possible, I can’t cover every case. Even when you follow this book’s advice, you should exercise great judgment and rely on your management skills to make the right decisions. Sometimes you may have to deviate from this guide, although such deviation should be an exception rather than the rule.1
