Homework and Parting Thoughts
So you've made it this far—congratulations! Hopefully, some of what you have read to this point has resonated with you and you have had a light-bulb moment or two along the way. When I work with my executive coaching clients, I always leave them with a few parting thoughts, as well as with some homework assignments to help ingrain the concepts we are working on. Over the years, I have also become somewhat “infamous” in my organization for espousing what people have come to refer to as Larry-isms! I leave you with a few of these thoughts (some which we've discussed before) that will, I hope, stay with you and help guide you on your leadership path.
