Adding Novice and Expert Rules

As an alternative to the standard mission challenge rules, the following novice rules should make the challenge a little easier to successfully complete:

1. The challenge time limit is 6 minutes.
2. The robot may be picked up at any time during the challenge but must begin again in the starting position (the “Entering Hazard Area” section shown in Figure 5-2).
3. A portion of the robot may cross over the challenge area boundaries with no penalty, but if the entire robot moves outside the challenge area boundaries, the challenge ends.
