Designing the Models
The models are (to me) the most frustrating part of designing a challenge. In this book, I was limited to a single Resource Set for all the parts to create the models in each challenge. While you’re certainly not limited in this manner, do keep in mind that not everyone will have the same LEGO parts that you may have, so in many instances, you may want to consider designing your challenge to use models that consist of common items: balls, boxes, paper clips, and more. There’s nothing to prevent you from using a pen in a challenge and calling it a steel reinforcement beam that must be lifted by a robot to repair a damaged building.
