Nancy's leadership at ASTD has enlightened and inspired many of us in the learning industry by tirelessly creating opportunities for us to share and learn from each other. She paved the way for this publication to become a reality through her advocacy of our unique and effective e-learning design and development approach and has delighted in seeing the enthusiastic reactions to it.
