The RDF Model and Syntax Specification became a W3C recommendation February 1999, and it is published at http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-rdf-syntax/. The RDF Schema Specification became a W3C candidate recommendation March 2000, and it is published at http://www.w3.org/TR/rdf-schema/.

Description

RDF is a foundation for using XML to process metadata. It provides interoperability between applications that exchange machine-understandable information on the Web. RDF emphasizes facilities that enable automated processing of web resources.
