Things to consider when using REST API

Whenever in the close future REST API lands in the core of WordPress, lots of innovative movements will be made in this regard, including the solution of a bunch of issues that have been around for quite a while and, given the technical limitations, we couldn't see anything but temporary fixes or methods of bypassing them that were not very reliable.
