Login validation
You should not see any errors for VRM Agent when you navigate to Infrastructure | Monitoring | Log after the endpoint configuration (refer to the following screenshot):
Proxy agents will fail the data collection process if the VRM Agent login fails.
Note
Data collection may fail if the user does not have enough permission on the configured endpoint—do not skip the steps under the Providing the required permissions in the vSphere Endpoint topic in this chapter.
