Find Your Own Project
If I could give you only one recommendation as you finish this book, it would be to start your own project. I hope you found the kittenbook project to be fun, even if it was a bit silly. Kittenbook was just a fun project contrived to help you learn various programming concepts. The end product isn’t useful for you—or for anyone, really. But now that you have learned all those concepts, you have the tools to start a project that is truly useful. Is there an iPhone app you’ve always wanted? Have you imagined a tool that would make life so much easier for you and your coworkers? Be creative, and make the world a better place while you’re at it.
