Finding the Right Terms

If you don’t know what you’re searching for, you won’t find it. I had this problem the first time I needed to use an escape character. I didn’t know there was such a thing as an escape character, much less what it was called. All I knew was that apostrophes were breaking my strings. In the parseInt example, you probably don’t really know what is wrong, so how do you search for a solution? The key is in picking the right search terms. If you’re looking for something specific to a programming language, include the name of that programming language in your search.
