In this chapter, we made our social media platform asynchronous, front to back, through the usage of WebSocket messages. We published new comments to all users. We introduced a way for our users to chat amongst themselves, whether that was by broadcasting to everyone, or by sending individual messages directly to each other.
In the next chapter, we will apply one of the most critical components needed for production, security.
