Summary

In this chapter, we covered how to create Lightning layouts in depth. Using an example of a Lightning Component, we learned how to write JavaScript controllers, helpers, and how to wire client-side JavaScript controllers to backend Apex programs to send data to the server and handle responses. In the next chapter, we will dig further into various methods, functions, and APIs that come out of the box with the Lightning Component framework.
