Summary

In this chapter, we explored the basic concepts of Lightning Out and the JavaScript code to render the Lightning Component outside the Salesforce platform. We leveraged OAuth and connected our app to provide an authenticated experience for the Lightning Out application. For unauthenticated and public-facing site use cases, we explored the Lightning Out interface for guest users.

In the next chapter, we will focus on how we can make these components available for Salesforce Lightning flows.
