As mentioned earlier, you can copy, move, and delete files whose names are in a result filelist. Some situations where you would do this are as follows:
- Deleting all the temporary files you created in your ETL process
- Moving a file to a different place after sending it by email
- Creating a backup of the files generated in the process
In order to do any of these operations, you use a Process result filenames Job entry located under the File management category of Job entries. The configuration of the step is quite straightforward.
