Planning the Zak Springs Menu Structure

We've leapt ahead and added a menu item for the Zak Springs site without too much discussion of the menu structure we'd like to end up with, so we'd better catch up!

We'd like to have three menus, a top (horizontal) menu, a main navigation menu, and a menu at the bottom of the page.

From our requirements in Chapter 1, we'll make a quick list of the kind of menu items we'd like our menus to have. However, this is just a rough sketch at this point, since we don't yet have a clear view on how we'll create the pages for most of the menu items. Also, since Mambo doesn't allow you to edit the type of a menu item after you've created it, we can't even rush off and create the menu structure and then add the types ...
