2. The Sketches

Sketching! The central activity of design! As a designer, you need to be able to sketch any and every idea that comes to mind, to get it out of your brain and into a form where everyone can see it. Sometimes it’s important for you to see the idea, and sometimes it’s important for others to see it. When you have something to share, something to refer to, and something to start from, only then can the next idea be built on top of it (or diverge from it).
