Sending an HTTP/HTTPS request with query string
You can send an HTTP/HTTPS request along with the query string. To do this, append the published URL with your query string.
For example: https://script.google.com/macros/s/AKfycbxa4ErKHiX_0gQ0JUU-Q1qMhvRrOsrx3HXuVZp7pzX8UVxMu4w/exec?
fname=John
