Retopology

This is usually the next step after sculpting. It’s not a specific tool or set of tools, but more like a technique where you build new geometry with a good topology on top of other geometry that doesn’t have a good topology (that’s why it’s called retopology: it’s all about recreating the same shape with a new topology). There is software designed specifically for retopologizing—and sculpting software that offers retopo tools. You can easily use this technique in Blender (even though it’s just normal modeling while snapping to other surfaces).
