Working with UVs in Blender

In this section, you’ll go through the process of unwrapping Jim’s head step by step, and you’ll learn how to use the basic unwrapping tools. After that, with some basic instructions, you’ll be ready to unwrap the rest of the objects for your character. In this case, you won’t use a mirrored texture for the face, so you’ll need to unwrap the full face at once. To do this, select the face and apply the Mirror modifier while in Object Mode.
