Hide and Reveal

Hide and Reveal is very useful! You can select a part of your mesh and press H to hide it so it’s not in the way while you work on other parts of the model that may be hidden. When you’re done, you can press Alt + H to reveal all the parts of the model that you’ve hidden.

Not only is this helpful to hide certain parts or make them visible, but it also allows for selective adjustments. For example, let’s say you want to create a loop cut. Normally, doing so will affect the whole edge ring. But if you only want the loop cut to affect a part of the edge ring, you can hide some of the ring’s parts and the tool will only affect the parts that remain visible.
