In this section, we will cover the enrollment of Windows 8.1/RT and Mac OS X laptops.
Mac OS X
Mac OS X devices have traditionally been managed on a need-by-need basis. With AirWatch, we can centrally manage and configure deployments for Mac OS X devices in the enterprise to provide access to the needed corporate resources with the required security.
The following Mac devices are supported with AirWatch:
- MacBook Pro with OS X 10.7 Lion and higher versions
- MacBook Air with OS X 10.7 Lion and higher versions
- Mac Mini with OS X 10.7 Lion and higher versions
- iMac with OS X 10.7 Lion and higher versions
- Mac Pro with OS X 10.7 Lion and higher versions
