Embracing the Learner’s Life

Learning agile people frequently describe themselves as continual works-in-progress. Another way to frame that is to identify them as lifelong learners. Under the right circumstances, learning agility is always on and never done. Learning agility is the product of all of one’s experiences, can be applied to all aspects of life, and—if nurtured appropriately—can be sustained and applied indefinitely.

Embracing learning agility is both a tremendous gift and a heavy responsibility. It is not for the faint of heart.
