Mass

The biggest contributor to realistic behaviors in our game is giving our objects mass. The mass of an object is determined by its resistance to force and its gravitational attraction. Put simply, it is the weight of an object and how it might affect other objects and the world around it.

An object’s mass in Unity has an arbitrary unit of measure, meaning there is no real measurement of mass (kilograms) to specify how much something should weigh. The only rule Unity states is that the mass index of one element should not greatly exceed that of other elements. Try to keep them all relative in order to avoid weird results or issues.
