Importing Packages

Another method of importing assets is through Unity’s own Packages format. Packages are containers of assets that are bundled and exported together for use in another Project. A good example would be a weapon that has materials and textures, custom animations, and scripts. Being able to easily save these out and drop them into another Project might be beneficial. A package is also a good way to add assets to the Unity Asset Store as well as to receive them.
