Building rapport

Rapport can be likened to being in sync with the person one is having a conversation with. Rapport is key to building strong relationships. In social engineering, rapport is very important since it builds a much-needed connection between the target and the social engineer. It is a major plus for the whole attack and makes everything much easier. There are several things social engineers use to build rapport:
